Creating the Incident and RFC for resolving physical server’s and ESXI /ESX host Hardware issue and we co coordinating on site TE.
Monitoring the host and physical server’s health and their alert through the ILO (Hp.Dell.Ibm) which is based on incident and RFC we diagnosed DSA reports and also we replaced the server hardware components.
We have change and modify user’s information with (servers. ESXI /esxHost.ilo) which is synchronies with password world.
Installing and fix the issue on ITM Agent and Tivoli End point .IIS.Control-M . TSM back up restored.
We have fixed issue along with Incident and RFC .which based on Window servers. VMware 4 and 5.5 and Citrix XenApp 6.5

We analyzed server load and Resolving paging issue on window server and allocate appropriate page file configured on the server.
