Loss prevention consulting services included the compilation of data identifying major loss sources, performance benchmarking, on-site verification of loss source drivers, and the development of innovative, cost-effective solutions to the prioritized risks of a variety of Fortune 500 customers. Confirmation of service letters considered best practice. Achieved reductions of 29% in claims and 58% on total temporary disability days in UPS’s West Carolina District. Responsible for day to day operations including staffing, routing, billing, and maintenance for a fleet of approximately 75 vehicles and 100 employees covering seven counties in Western NC. Achieved a 17%point profit increase during first year in position.
