Loss prevention consulting services included the compilation of data identifying major loss sources, performance benchmarking, on-site verification of loss source drivers, and the development of innovative, cost-effective solutions to the prioritized risks of a variety of Fortune 500 customers. Confirmation of service letters considered best practice. Achieved reductions of 29% in claims and 58% on total temporary disability days in UPS’s West Carolina District.
