As field leader, I supervised the construction of the 100 million dollar tower of the Venetian Hotel and Casino, building it atop an existing 10 story parking garage while the original 3000 room Hotel and Casino was operating at 98% occupancy. I had 3500 people under my influence and successfully ran meetings coordinating projects with property owners.

●Personally responsible for steel erection, structural concrete placement and building inspections.

●Supervised the addition of four presidential suites in the existing Venetian tower, encompassing four floors in an operating 3000-room hotel on post tension slab tower.
