Duties include the preparation and running of Installation Work Over Controls Systems (IWOCS) and hydraulic testing equipment; supervision of installation of Trees, Manifolds, UTA’s, etc., required to work offshore, overseas and be able to operate forklift and other shop equipment; reading hydraulic and electrical schematics; flushing and system fluid cleanliness; multi-tube bending and fitting installations; offshore and onshore operation of all service fleet equipment; supporting clients and others, as required; maintaining a high degree of professionalism, safety and standards in the performance of work; responsible for accurate timekeeping on all jobs and ensuring this documentation is completed and submitted, as well as perform logistics for parts and materials request, manage crew changes, perform evaluations on each crew member every 6 months, Pretest the equipment before each job to customer specifications, insure all lifting gear certification and documents vailed, load out equipment for shipping to the dock, on location spot the equipment for the deployment, ensure all the equipment is sea fasten, welded, install the turn down sheaves and snatch blocks during rig up operations, maintain equipment for the duration of the task,and perform subsea tree functions for the duration of the job, recording all subsea tree valve charts and documentation, insure all the equipment package is back loaded and returned at the end of the task, ones equipment has returned, ensure equipment package used on each job undergoes post function test, pressure test and flushing of the system and repairs, and all time labor parts and materials are properly documented recorded and turned in for approval, Have Milton Sorsby

Duties included forging of and operating hydraulic press equipment material transporters for production, of heavy equipment parts, ensure parts meet the required specification of the customer, ensured the parts were accounted for, and transported to the next station for finishing and assembly, job requirement, involved high heat areas, heavy manual lifting using trolley mounted lifting and carrying tools, and transporters, involved changing out the press die’s for each job application, shimming the die’s in place leveling and proper alignments pins installed, in the steam operated hammer, and hydraulic press machine, cut to size carbon or stainless steel billets were heated to correct temperature inside a large furnace, then were transported to the steam hammer operating a manipulator type forklift, then installed into the hammer dies,and were formed into the correct form of the die, then were removed from the back opening of the hammer using the trolley mounted manual carrying tools and then transferred to the hydraulic trim machine, this task had to be performed in a timely manner not to allow the metal temperature to cool down the formed part was then checked by QA inspectors, after any needed adjustments had been made, and part was cleared for measurements, the total order of the parts were then formed.
