Systems Engineer: July 2019 - Present (AMC Networks)

Serve as the lead engineer to design and manage Windows desktops and servers using System Center Endpoint Manager, Intune, Active Directory, vSphere, SolarWinds, etc.

Design all workflows in JamfPro to manage MacOS computers, integrating them into enterprise products such as AD DS, AD CS, NetSUS, NoMAD, SCCM, Secunia, etc.

Plan and host internal and external applications on Linux and Windows, load balancing for high availability and allowing secure access with SSL encryption while eliminating vulnerabilities.

Leverage Azure IaaS and PaaS cloud Services to develop proof of concept, implement new workflows and maintain a QA/Dev environment.

Achieved modern endpoint management leveraging Azure AD to implement Co-Management, Cloud Management Gateway and Windows Autopilot while integrating Azure Cloud Services for Analytics

Managed 8000+ workstation with Configuration Manager, where I’m responsible for the end to end administration and operation of Application Packaging and Deployment, software updates, OSD, monitoring and reporting, infrastructure maintenance and expansion, Policies and Baselines etc.

Deployed operating systems and upgrades using built-in and custom task sequence to accomplish defined requirements, supporting 1000+ PC varying in model and ensuring compliance on completion of build.

Test and Implement new features in Configuration Manager CB to create new or optimize existing workflows.

Developed an automated process for patch management using WSUS and Software Updates to ensure all workstations are protected from security vulnerabilities and are compliant with InfoSec requirements.

Manage an offshore packaging team of four (4) consultants ensuring best practices are followed for packaging, testing and integrating Applications into Configuration Manager. Serve as a point to escalation and provide coaching and professional development opportunities to each team member.

Provided onsite support for a corporate network of 10,000 plus clients (PCs 70%, MACs 20% and Linux/Unix 10%), troubleshooting incidents that were escalated by the Service Desk.
