Lead the integrations work for the development of New York City’s Ivalua SaaS cloud hosted procurement portal (PASSPort) with Ivalua and System Integrator vendor for all major releases and related maintenance and operations (P2P, S2C, etc.). Engagement started at the early phase of technical analysis / design of data integrations before first go-live.

Tasks:

● Function as the Architecture and Integrations Lead for NYC’s Ivalua SaaS cloud procurement portal (PASSPort)

● Technical Administrator role for NYC’s Ivalua platform (PASSPort) responsible for monitoring, operation, and recovery of all data interfaces (EAIs)

● Experience in Ivalua Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) and customized modules and related data models including Vendor Management, Contracts, Purchase Orders, Invoicing, Catalogs, User Profiles, and Interfaces Console

● Involvement in functional / business design discussions to assess impact and offer feedback on solutions

● Manage partner agency and vendor relationships

● Collaborate with Ivalua’s technical teams and System Integrator vendor for technical solutions (including review of scripts, technical impact assessment, and testing plans)

● Review and QA integration’s / migration’s technical deliverables during all phases of SDLC

● Production maintenance and support duties, including responding to technical incidents, EBF solution proposal, configuration build, and testing.

● Perform data exploration and analysis for legacy data sources.
