• Strategy and governance:

o Provided strategy for global programs like Economic Sanctions to be able to process 200% increase in volume, better performance to meet business needs. The proposed strategy of Azure APIM gateway to replace on-prem solutions using BizTalk Server, IBM Process Server, Data Power. The cost savings of 2 million per annum was achieved.

o Partnered with Microsoft, IBM and other vendors to organize workshops, trainings. Design and develop proof of technology and make sure they meet the business needs. o Drive building permit process to govern security, application design, technology roadmap and re-use of building blocks.
