• Plan the schedule for production on daily basis and manage the manpower according to daily production target.

• Minimise daily rejection percentage in product.

• Updating daily production status to all stakeholders.

• Coordinating with all shift supervisors giving instruction and finish the works by time.

• Preparing shift schedule for operators and man power planning.

• Responsible for development of Multiskilling of operators.

• Maintain Production report, Product Route card on daily basis.

• Implementing kaizens to improve productivity and to eliminate defects.

• Established the process parameters and prepared process sheet for entire glove plant.

• Trained my teams by giving knowledge of technical and process wise.

• Prepared Defect phenomena chart and Trouble-shooting the defects.

• Established the proper system from RM received to the shop floor to FG by maintain the traceability system and process sheet.

• Taken trials for Elimination of blooming in gloves and successfully achieved with in one month.

• Reduced the cycle time of ultrasonic machine which is the bottleneck machine for production.

KEY ATTAINMENTS:

• Elimination of Blooming in Electrical insulating Rubber gloves by introducing alternate raw material.

• Beading glue of Electrical gloves by introducing low cost material – cost saving of 6.5 Lakh/ Month.

• Productivity improvement through offline gloves beading. TOOLS KNOWN:-

• Attended training in ‘Why-Why analysis’

• Attended training of KK pillar- 16 losses.
