Linde, Cost Reduction Project s October 2019 – Current

• Carried out the project management for the "Lo Loss" oxygen, nitrogen, and argon liquid filling system in Tijuana and Hermosillo from the mechanical design through the system installation.

• Lo Loss liquid filling system enables to control the amount of product that needs to be filled by reducing approximately 75% of the natural losses during the process. The four liquid filling systems reduce 13k of the operational cost annually with a 2.5 ROI

• Played the project manager role in the CO2 recovery system for the dry ice production system in Tijuana. The system consists of a surge tank, a vertical heat exchanger, and screw compressor; connected to an ammonia refrigeration system. The recovery system reduces 98K of the operation cost annually with a 2.44 ROI EXPERIENCE:

• Carry the project management of cost reduction projects with 50-250k budgets in the gas filling plants in Baja California and Sonora

• Design redlines, MOCs, BOMs and, SOPs involved in the regional major projects

• Manage and execute the maintenance program for 3 gas package plants filling oxygen, nitrogen, argon, helium, carbon dioxide, hydrogen, special mixes, and dry ice production in Baja California and Sonora.
