Successfully decreased combined program spending in excess of $30M for EnerVest.

Orchestrated divisional commercial card programs that resulted in a 20% reduction of accounts payable and cash advance transactions for Baker Hughes.

Reduced office supply spending by 25% for Friedkin Business Service.

Streamlined communications between GST Planning and FBS Procurement which saved approximately 2-man hours per day, as well as reduced paper waste, and storage fees at Friedkin Business Service.

Contributed to the fabrication team’s strategic planning at Stewart & Stevenson Tactical Vehicle Systems that resulted in $18M cost reduction for total spent while reducing electricity costs by 10% over life of contract.

Implemented cost reductions in excess of $8M and successfully implemented 3 long-term new product introduction projects for EnerVest.
