Project:

At Infocrossing (a subsidiary of Wipro), we developed Memeber360 – a product/a single platform to Medicare eligibility verification, enrollment and membership management through transactions with CMS (US Federal Agency).

Health Insurance companies/Medicare sponsors use M360 platform to verify beneficiary eligibility, enroll applications/and then manage membership for their Medicare Advantage plans. We developed the product for Highmark Health then customized for Highmark partners such as Independence Blue Cross and BCBS/MN.

Responsibilities:

Developed and customized Memeber360 – a product/single platform to perform Medicare eligibility verification, enrollment and membership management through transactions with CMS (US Federal Agency, The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services).

Support the system/batch processing of enrollment/disenrollment application (COBOL/DB2/JCL,SQL,DB2 Stored Procedure) E2E that includes modules – Medicare Eligibility/Election period verification, Late-Enrollment and Low-Income subsidy derivation, Application RFI process, CMS correspondence letter generation and TRR run etc.

Developed independently the enrollment/disenrollment application verification, Election Type Code derivation/and verification and transaction generation modules.

Worked on SSNRI – replacing HICN with new MBI. Involved in design/development and testing of modules.

Worked on development and customization of the M360 product for new Customer – Blue Cross Blue Shield for Minnesota (Highmark partner), for its COST (CO/COPD) plans.

Working on regular activities such as Part C/D report generation, Auto and Facilitated enrollment process etc.

Support the batch application(and online interface developed in Java) of the product, working on on-call production support, new enhancements as per customer needs and CMS guidelines; and working on maintenance activities that involves resolving incidents, root cause analysis, big fixing.

Home Retail Group (now a subsidiary of Sainsbury’s) is UK’s leading home and general merchandise, they sell products under brands – Argos and Homebase. As part of head office support, Wipro, in partnership with client teams, carries out current system maintenance, production support and minor enhancements for Argos mainframe applications.

Responsibilities:

Worked as an onsite coordinator/ SME/Application developer to maintain the Stock Transaction/ Balancing /Auditing system from client’s onshore location Milton Keynes, UK.

Worked on effective incident management and problem management to achieve 100% response and resolution SLA for all the incidents.

Home Retail Group is the UK’s (now a subsidiary of Sainsbury’s) leading home and general merchandise. We developed the Stock ledger application – restructuring the stock accounting, stock balancing and stock auditing system across all the locations/stores/warehouses.

Responsibilities:

Developed Stock transaction (from warehouse to stores) and Stock Balancing system by COBOL, JCL, VSAM and DB2.

Worked on complete software development cycle that includes business requirement, analysis, design, technical specification preparation, coding & unit testing; provided SIT and UAT support.

Developed Stock Auditing system, independently designed and developed application with DB2 stored procedures. All the Stored procedures in the system designed/developed by me.
