ROLE: Sales & Calibration Engineer.
Responsibilities
Identifying the customer’s current and future calibration requirements to prepare detailed technical proposal for them. Discuss with customer new product applications.
Visit the new customers explain about our scope get inquires for calibration equipment’s.
Telephonic or email confirmation from the customers, attending the queries and clarifying the issues, if required visiting the site and rectifying the problem.
Prepare and follow up technical and commercial offers for spare parts, service contracts and products repairing. Manage customer service complaints.
Offering products, services and solutions to potential clients.
Making follow-up calls to confirm sales orders.
Tracking sales orders to ensure they are send out.
Support the financial department to accelerate delivery and collection process.
Searching new customers and increasing sales.
Working with existing customers to help them get the most out of the products they have bought.
Effectively communicating with new customers.
Preparing reports for head office and managers.
Develop trusting relationships with key decision makers within the market.
Calibration of all related instruments temperature, pressure, mass, torque, volume, dimension, velocity and water related analyzers.
Validation of autoclave, temperature & humidity chamber, oven, water bath, incubator etc.

Duties & Responsibilities
Calibration as per ISO 17025:2005 and NABL guidelines.
Calibration performed in dimension, thermal, pressure, balance, torque& force instruments calibration.
Preparing NABL Certificates & Calculating Uncertainty as per guidelines.
Involved in the preparation & Maintenance of Quality related documents as per ISO17025:2005.
Involved in Validation& Furnace Mapping related activities as per ISO 9001:2008 & AMS 2750E.
Worked subcontractor more than one year Pharmaceutical Company, taken care all the instruments, scheduled due date depending upon critical and non-critical bases, if we found any problem in the instrument solved the problem and reported to QA Department.
Adjust the instruments according to true value, adjust the full range span for temperature and pressure transmitters if any other problem found and update the problem and change the new sensors.
