Since 2008 have been involved as a QA/QC/ PIPING -Engineer/ Inspector (Welding/Piping/Tanks Works). Duration : JULY 2017 to SEP 2019

Job Responsibilities: As Qa/Qc Inspector Piping / Welding.

• Material Receiving Inspection & Dimension Check.

• Monitor all the welding works for fabrication of pipe spools for fit up, in process and visual inspection of Pre and Post welding activities as per WPS.

• Monitoring Pre heating, Inter pass temperature, Post weld heat treatment and Control & Storage of Welding Con- sumables, Perform Hardness testing.

• Monitor performance of welders through repair of weld, analysis causes and initiate Preventive measures.

• Monitoring post weld heat treatment requirements.

• Checking the material and installation as per Quality.

• Welding consumable Inspection and monitoring consumable storage.

• Checking electrode is used for correct WPS number (line class) and also making sure that the Specified electrode is maintained.

• Project execution plan for piping fabrication & Erection

• To study P&ID’s, Plot plan, GAD & ISO drawings;

• Calculate the scope of job and ensure the front availability / resource mobilization / Progress monitoring / Look ahead plan;

• Fabrication and erection of spools, according to Isometric Drawings;

• Follow up with Civil / Equipment Group for Front Generation;

• Follow up with Shop Coordinator for Spools required for erection;

• Spool Erection, Line Supporting and all other Piping related works Pertaining to the area;

• Task allocation, distribution and coordination among technicians;

• Coordinating and finalizing Work-Permits, Risk Assessment Sheet and Request Papers for allocated tasks.

• Check, punch listing, hydro testing, flushing, painting and insulation, pigging, coating etc.

• Visual inspection of piping, tanks, steel structure and pipeline activities. .

Duration : JANUARY 2014 to DECEMBER 2015.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting in preparation and implementation of Project Execution Plan (PEP).

• Coordinates with all projects related personnel on day-today progress of work

• Monitoring of Equipment, Site work progress & prepares weekly report of the status of each assignment.

• Erection of Piping & coordinating with the contractors & Monitoring daily manpower & work progress.
