Hibrid Data Management Officer- Under PEPFAR Mildmay Uganda(Mubende Cluster)
Key duties and Responsibilities;
o Entering timely data for monthly, quarterly, annual and weekly data in to the PEPFAR Uganda Management System.
o Assessment of HI Information Management tools and identify areas where improvements.
o Design and implementation of the information management structure o Supporting the Monitoring and Evaluation activities for Mubende and Kassanda district.
o Managing PEPFAR reports for facilities in Mubende and Kassanda district o Preparing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for the health facility o Entering data into the Dhis2 system and Hibrid management system. o Data Collection and retrieving data from open MRS(UgandaEMR) o Data management and manipulation in Excel.
o Weekly generation of dashboards in excel for weekly data. o Routinely track performance in line with project targets for effective and timely achievement of project goals
o Compile and submit monthly Technical status reports in regard to the assigned technical area summarizing performance across the supported areas. Achievements:

o Collaboratively, I was able to enhance my working relationship with the facility health workers and at the district level. o I was able to conduct a number of facility performance reviews at the facility. o I was at the fore front of implementing many clinical days for the ART clients to cater for those who were not suppressing. I trained with Luweero District Local Government (LDLG) in the planning department for the period of two month (January and February 2017) from where I acquired hands on skills in;
I also did my internship at Luweero district local Government in the health department especially in the data section.
