Planning Duties and Responsibilities:

Work Directly with designers, Engineers, And Project managers to Produce WBS Plans As per the PMO/ Project Requirements

Prepare the Project Related tools, templates, schedules for project manager.

Document schedule changes and keep time-phased copies of the schedule of the work as historical records as the project progresses.

Updating the baseline programme using Primavera P6 software, recording all the mitigations done and the links maintenance using a change log sheet.

Resource Planning and Forecasting of projects & activities.

Co-ordination with Internal teams, site staff incharge for all Planning activities.

Analyze schedule variance & plan remedy if there any negative variance.

Prepare progress invoice.

Prepare weekly / monthly project reports.

Prepare Project Control Statements & monthly forward load of resources.

To completion of the project, verify that the as-built schedule reflects accurate completion dates for each schedule activity.

Establish the Schedule based on key dates, scope of works, resource loading etc, as specified in the contract.

Assign duration, resources (Manpower, Materials and Equipments) and Budgeted Cost for each activity based on their weight factor & quantity/volume of work. And identify Long Lead items required in the Project.

Develop databases for Engineering deliverables, Procurement deliverables and Construction activities for monitoring/analyzing/tracking progresses.

Analyze drawings, specifications & method statements of works for the preparation of activity networks / scheduling / resources planning and allocation.

Follow-up with Subcontractor/ site team to monitor project progress and make reports.

Monitoring, updating & analysis of progress right from the field.

Review Subcontractor’s quotation for execution stage in line with our Budget, Planned resource and profitability.

To carried out Team lead and to lead Day by day Given Man Power by the Facility/Site/Project Manager and has the following responsibilities Overall operation of the Permit to Work Procedure in their physical area of responsibility.

To Preparing JSA, SWP, Confined Space Certificate, Rescue Plan and Permit Other Supporting Documents.

Preparing and presenting site inductions, safety briefings and toolbox talks.

Assessing and managing safety hazards.

Ensuring appropriate site rules and welfare facilities are in place.

Raising safety concerns at the appropriate level

Strongly to understand E-PTW system and Manual work Permit System

Facilitates Mechanical, Isolation & De isolation, Insulation and equipments in Concurrence with the duty operations controller.

Confirms the Site Cleanliness with the Area operator prior to signing of the PTW.

Maintains the Work Permits register for the Permits issued in Various areas.

Clearly Know about Qatar gas each and every location

Be skilled, qualified trained and competent to perform the Work, to use of any personal protective equipment.

To Prepare the permit must be completed and documented WORK PERMIT RESPONSIBULITY

Ensure the permit to work requirements.

Ensure the job is performed in a safe manner.

Be aware of the hazards that could exist and have the necessary controls in place.

Make equipment and area safe on completion of the task.

Make the work area safe and seek immediate advice if a doubt or if circumstances or conditions change.

Ensure that all tags and signs are prominently displayed so that personnel are aware that the equipment & etc. is isolated / not to be operated o Ability to resolve issues and communicate with third parties.
