• Tested and managed deployments of new software, and participated in ongoing re-architecture efforts;

• managed load testing which raised search throughput from 40 queries per second per cluster to 200+, using a carefully-planned single-factor sensitivity approach. From 2003-2005, led QA efforts for Equities R&D group, managing a team of four. Key accomplishments included:

• Led architecture and implementation of an automated test tool enabling automated testing of Bloomberg UI;
