Redesign the quick fix process, producing increased management and customer visibility, increased number of fixes handled per month, increased quality of fixes, and decreased turn-around time. One of the first teams at Microsoft to implement the new Standards for Sustained Engineering initiated by Steve Ballmer. Received Best Practice Award for outstanding contributions.

Software Development Engineer in Test, Data Access Team (1998 – 2000)
Designed, built, and implemented a system completely automating product testing. The system automatically installed daily operating system builds, installed products, ran tests, logged or reopened bugs, and generated test status reports for eight languages overnight with no manual intervention. Increased number of test suites performed from eight per day to approximately 200 per day with no increase in labor hours.

Received special recognition from Air Force for cost savings.
Software Engineer, Electronic Security Command
Successfully design, develop, and implement modifications to the Air Force Serial Number Control System which tracks military cryptography systems across the world. Proposed changes to the AUTODIN message formats which were accepted by officials in Washington D.C.
Worldwide implementation of the modified system resulted in a record 90% reconciliation of inventory the first year, and 98% reconciliation the second year, an improvement of nearly 80% over previous reconciliations.
