Electrical maintenance and trouble shooting for Steam Turbine Auxiliary, WHRB Boiler, CFBC Boiler,AFBC Boiler, Coal Handling Plant, WTP and BOP systems.
Scheduling and Planning Predictive, Preventive, Break-down and Opportunity Maintenance as well as Major Shut-down maintenance with key focus on spares’ availability and root cause analysis.
Preparing maintenance plans/schedules for reducing machineries’ down-time to minimum for ensuring smooth production.
Investigation of plant technical issues and basic design for modification requirement & solve the problems.

QUALITY AND SAFETY:-
Ensuring implementation of personnel safety, environmental safety and health-hazard systems as well as carrying out internal inspection for tracking non-conformity.
Developing and coordinating protection schemes for various Electrical and Mechanical equipments as per safety measures/work permit.
Modify existing logic whenever required by process, there increasing reliability of Electrical or Mechanical equipments by instituting safety policy/system/procedure.
Train to manpower for Capability Building and Skill Development.
