Maintenance of fire alarm system (smoke detector, CO detector and heat detectors) and fire pump

systems, sprinkler systems and PA systems with integrated BMS.

Maintenance and operation of fire alarm system in server room (FM200)

Preparation and forecasting of HLP budget &Analysis monthly.

Maintenance of inventory related to electrical and fire and life safety. CAPEX budget planning and

execution.

Handling, Erection and troubleshooting of Different type of Conveyor belt and Roller systems with

VFDs (Mitsubishi, DELTA, Schneider, yaskawa) and PLC.

Maintaining required level of equipment inventory in stores and maintenance of related records.

Maintenance and operation of solar plant system.

Maintenance of elevators.

Maintenance of EOT crane (60 Tons).

Handling and maintenance of printing machines like Mitsubishi and Manu graph company
