Order Fulfillment Assistant (2019 – Present)

Helped lead in logistics as the Order Fulfillment Assistant Manager for Nordstrom at Woodfield. Would also help in the A.M. to make sure trucks were being processed correctly to our standard, being brought to the proper department, as well as making sure the departments receiving merchandise were counting their manifest to ensure they received proper counts relating to inventory, incase we needed to adjust inventory. Helped with inventory prep as well as helping lead store inventory multiple times. Dealt with customer issues in relations to their order, as well as other store issues with my background in Customer Service. Key Accomplishments:

• Promoted from Customer Service Lead to Order Fulfillment assistant within 1 year at Woodfield Location.

• Helped improve our rejection rate from 13% to 6% in my first year.
