Preventive maintenance annual schedule preparation.

Maintenance on chassis touch up paint booth.

Servicing hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders.

Knowledge on maintenance spares Identification and servicing.

MTTR & MTBF monitoring to increase the machine availability.

Adherence of preventive maintenance plan vs actual.

Basic knowledge in electrical related brake down.

Good knowledge about gear box.

Good knowledge about bearing & Coupling.

LM Block and guide assembly.

Involvement in shop floor 5S activity.

Implementing new ideas and concepts for prevent the breakdowns.
