IT leader for Legrand AV division of Legrand North America and member of division Operating Committee. Accountable for all IT activities across front-office, back-office, business intelligence / analytics, IT infrastructure and IT security, operating in a matrixed environment with Legrand North America IT (based in Connecticut) and Legrand Group IT (based in France).
Drove migration of disparate on-prem branded call centers to unified cloud call center, delivering complete customer care in one environment.
Working with Legrand North America ERP COE, successfully integrated additional Legrand brands into AV division front- and back-office systems and analytics.
