SAP MRO – OASIS – Customized version of SAP modules – FI, MM, P&E and OBC

Lead QA Testing activities for those SAP implementations at various GE Aviation – MRO plants

SAP Test Automation – Identify automation tools that fits the SAP applications and non SAP applications and build the Test Automation Framework.

Metrics – Design the right metrics, track and monitor the capturing

QA Process improvement –Identify the gaps in the current QA processes and build best practices.

Lead Quality Assurance activities, System Integration, User Acceptance and Regression testing of SAP MRO implementations at GE Aviation plants across GLOBAL sites.

Review and analyze the Business requirements and provide test artifacts and deliverables to IT PM for successful production deployment.

Estimate the Project Resource Demands and Plan the Capacity. Shuffle or allocate the resources according to the Capacity Variance.

Develop the QA engagement model and deliver a solid test framework for those identified primary gaps by partnering with development and deployment teams.

Actively participate in all QA testing phases such as QA Planning, execution and deployment.

Create QA Project estimates, schedules, and budget and provide the same to Project Management for feeding into main Project Plan.

Initiate and drive automated testing program that resulted in the delivery of automated scripts using Worksoft for several end-to-end business processes that yield a 25% testing effort savings

Design the QA Life Cycle Process for the product developed in Agile Methodology which includes Test case creation, signoff, templates, defect logging and guide lines for both SIT and UAT Execution for each Sprint. QA process includes both functional and non-functional testing.

Coordinate Defect Triage and Defect Management during the Test execution.

Analyze and troubleshoot the QA Environmental issues and escalate the issues to the Project management team for addressing the issues appropriately.

Create the automated scripts for Regression testing using Worksoft Certify

Prepare contingent plans and prioritize the QA tasks in case of strict deadlines.
