Correct management of drilling operations by optimizing the asset & equipments and ensuring that well operations are being carried out safely in accordance with the client approved well operational program and in compliance with company’s & client’s HSE policies/procedures and the regulatory requirements within allocated time/cost.

Oversee & lead day to day drilling initiatives, anticipate operational changes, find & implement remedial solutions to operational drilling problems.

Verify the maintenance routines of drilling equipments/assets are appropriate/being done and they guarantee an efficient performance of the drilling activities.
