At Swissport Tanzania Ltd, I was attached in Cargo handling in general, in this department the following are the sections which I passed through.

Check in department. In this section I was dealing with receiving cargo and do physical checking all cargo from airline (ramp) Vs cargo manifest and finalize with data capture in the Cargospoty system.

Cargo Manifest preparation. In this department I was dealing with cargo Exportation by prepare manifest of all cargo which ready to be carried and submit to airline which ready for departure.

Documentation department. In this department I was dealing with collection of charges such as handling, charges, storage charges, consolidation and courier.

Courier Department, Tallying of all courier shipments (Import) and Exportation of courier cargo, also some of the days assist duty of my supervisor.

Cargo Statistics and Quality Assurance. Duty in this section include, Capture data from flight set in the designated excel data report. Check and compare if all time sheets have been. Ding reconciliation of data capture versus cargospot, Capturing tonnage.
