Worked as SUMMER INTERN at FIAT AUTOMOBILE pvt. Ltd., Pune.
Researched and studied on lower cylinder head, in engine assembly line and VALVE PROTRUSION TEST ON LOWER CYLINDER HEAD is mini project under the guide.
Tested valves on testing gauge for better performance in the combustion process.
Gave suggestion as better handling of valves during placing of valves in cylinder.
Worked on DIESEL ENGINE as part of major project is PERFORMANACE AND CHARACTERISTICS OF VEGITABLE OIL ON DIESEL ENGINE.
performed for better characteristics of Waste Vegetable oil on Diesel engine. Comparing with diesel, vegetable oil is almost equal in performance, but it is less pollutant oil, the emissions of vegetable oil are less comparing with diesel.
emissions of vegetable oil in diesel engine is 30% less compare to diesel.
concluded that biodiesel (vegetable oil) is better for less polluted air in future.
