Started off as a cleaning tech and moved up to become a plant operator. I cleaned rigs, boats and barges, moved up to making the drilling fluid for the rigs. I would make the drilling fluid and ship it out on boats and trucks. I continued to work hard and moved up to a supervisor, I ran crews on the cleaning side. I then moved into the safety side of the company and started learning everything I could. I got an opportunity to be closer to home as safety and left to go to new construction. Cleaned contaminated waste from soil and waste water. Routine checks on the waste management system, complied with OSHA standards and state regulations.

Accomplishments:

Was promoted in the company in a year in half due the hard work and readiness to learn.

Continued to climb the ladder and was sent to drilling fluid school. Became a supervisor running 3 different crews and maintained a good atmosphere for my workers.

Proved to my supervisor and management team I could step up and move into safety.
