• Logistics - Quote, coordinate and secure transportation for domestic and international shipments of approved components & finished goods, via air, ocean and truck, utilizing various freight forwarders. Request and provide all shipment paperwork and safety documentation to all parties, prior to and post shipment, including receiving reports.

• Communication - Daily follow-up with vendors regarding purchase order fulfillment for all components and finished goods, pending/upcoming and in progress shipments, component approvals and transfer/sample requests. Follow up on order readiness once preships are approved.

• Approvals - Communicate approvals to vendors for all finished goods and components, including bulk fragrance solution, after preparing and distributing samples for evaluation and testing. Retain/organize all previously approved samples for later comparison.

• Management - Train and supervise interns and assistants in all filing, labeling, sample preparation, approval, receiving, & shipping procedures. Schedule and oversee Bond No. 9 chauffeur to arrange company-wide deliveries/pickups throughout New York City for all departments. Facilitate preparation/shipment of custom orders and finished goods from our flagship store with QC team.

• Inventory Management - Maintain a record of all shipments of finished product to warehouse in order to produce an updated reference for ongoing purchase order fulfillments. Analyze component transfer packing lists from the warehouse to all vendors, fillers, and within house, calling attention to any errors in quantities/items to be shipped. Maintain open purchase order report for all orders with vendors, updating to account for each shipment.

• Purchase Orders - Issue purchase orders to the warehouse for their receipt of custom orders and product into inventory. Send transfer requests for components/product to the warehouse and vendors for their shipment of necessary components for order fulfillments. Previously serving in a product
