- Lead construction agreements: strategize according to owners’ goals, develop scopes of work, schedule and project budget

- Preparation/review, spearhead efforts ranging from liaising with respective counsel and identifying corresponding cost/schedule impact, coordinate workload and schedules between design consultants and owners

- Prepare project reports, payment applications and drawing reviews; approve change orders, quality control and logistics

- Direct preparation of cost estimates and the documentation for contract bids

- Interface with jurisdictional regulatory agencies (DOB, DOT, MTA, OSHA, etc.) with regard to permitting, violation corrections, and site safety issues

Senior Project Manager- Joy Construction Corporation (NYC) 1/2020 - present 1164 River Ave, Bronx, NY- Budget $200M (In Progress). Residential 17 story building with a total surface of 500,000 sq feet. The building features 500 rental units, 170,000 sq feet lower-levels of commercial, community space, and parking garage. In this project I focus on coordination of MEP’s, finding creative solutions that enable value engineering and significant cost savings. Project Manager- Danya Cebus Construction (NYC) 8/2015 - 12/201*-****-**** Bedford Ave, Brooklyn, NY- Budget $65M (Completed). Residential 11 story building with a total surface of 202,000 sq feet. The building features 186 rental units, recreational areas, parking garage and retail spaces. In this project I was leading a critical and successful replacement of major subcontractor in order to bring the project to finish line and getting TCO. 237 Duffield St, Brooklyn, NY- Budget $48M (Completed). Residential 21 story building with a total surface of 108,000 sq feet. The building features 110 apartments with public recreational room and retails spaces. In this project I was managing complex logistic challenges, and successfully preformed high-end finishes based on detailed requirements. Managed both projects simultaneously. 123 Hope St, Brooklyn, NY- Budget $25M (completed). Residential 7 story building with a total of 136 units with commercial space and parking garage. In this project I was working in a tight schedule and successfully completed TCO within one year. 781 Metropolitan Ave, Brooklyn, NY- Budget $19.5M (completed). Residential 8 story building with a total of 80 units, with commercial space and parking garage.
