“Application of Cost Estimation Method From Work Breakdown Structure” ( June, 2019 – June, 2020)

A simple method of cost estimation is applied by using Work Breakdown Structure. Work Breakdown Structure is then aligned with the Responsibility Assignment Matrix. This matrix is then converted into duration RAM, then Cost RAM. This is how by applying time and cost to different activities into RAM, total cost of the project is determined.
