Repair commercial and high-end monitors, IP-decoder box, and IP camera. Utilize different software and computer equipment to update firmware on monitors for Healthcare, Graphic Technology, Air Traffic Control and Maritime uses.

Developed the Back End process to test firmware on hard drives to ensure the performance and product reliability; prepared for team meeting by compiling data using SQL and Tableau software to present test data or project plan to program managers, functional team members and vendor; performed failure analysis on hard drives by using C++ and Java, and worked with other team members to solve issues, optimize and improved hard drives.
