Accounts and Administration:-
1) Proficiency in preparation of vouchers, trial balance, balance sheets, bank reconciliation, Credit card statement, party reconciliation & branch accounting.
2) Planning, implementing and controlling of effective & efficient flow of goods from depot to distributors.
3) Tracking Billed Amount, Credit Limits, Credit Periods & Credit Control.
4) Reconciling Debit / Credit Notes, Replacements, Damages, Rejections etc.
5) To assist in planning organizing & execution of the statutory requirements and Audit process
for the office in coordination with the Finance Manager.
6) Conduct physical verification of inventory on weekly & monthly basis & reconciling with systems stocks.
