Presently I am working in Valley Iron & Steel Co Ltd, Paonta Sahib (HP) since 2015, its final products are SS pipe, coils and flat.

My Existing Experience

Preventive Maintenance & Corrective Maintenance of 220/11KV Sub Station

(Transformer 63MVA, VCB, SF6, Isolator Switch, Checking of Relays) and 33/11KV substation.

Preventive Maintenance of Electrical Equipment of Steel Melting Shop (20MT induction furnace, AOD, Caster and all utility equipment i.e. Pump House, Laboratories, DG set, Oxygen Plant, Electrical Work Shop).

Preventive Maintenance of Hot Rolling & Tendam Mill Electrical Equipment i.e. DC motors, DC drives (Siemens) and utility equipment.

Preventive Maintenance of Electrical Equipment of Cold Rolling Mill, Annealing & Pickling line, Shot Blasting, BA line i.e. DC motors, DC drives (Siemens) and utility equipment.

Project: Three Induction furnaces Crucible of 20T capacity with two panel erection work is under progress.

I had worked in Jindal Stainless Limited Hisar from 1989 to 2015; it was an integrated steel plant with annual capacity of 0.80 MT.

My prime responsibility was to availability of electrical equipment of Electric Arc Furnace

(45MT), Bloom Caster (two strands), Slab Caster, EOT Crane, Pollution Plant, Ladle Refining Furnace, Induction Furnace, AOD, Shot Blasting, and Auto Grinder. Job Profile

Erection and commissioning of

• Two Strand Bloom Caster Electrical systems like MCC panel, DC Drive (Analog) in 1989.

• Slab Caster (1270mm width) Electrical systems like MCC panel, DC Drive (Analog) in 1990.

• Slab Caster analog system replace with digital, install PLC 5/60 make Allen Bradley and DC Drive 1395 of Allen Bradley in 1994.

• Bloom Caster analog system replace with digital, install PLC 5/60 make Allen Bradley and DC Drive 1395 of Allen Bradley in 1995.

• Electric Arc Furnace 35MT ABB make, electrode control with hydraulic system, Electrode Regulation System and Melt Control System with PLC MA 200/1 ABB make in 1997.

• Bloom Caster two strand (200x200mm) make Concast India and automation with PLC 5/60 make Rockwell Automation and AC drive 1336 plus in 1997.

• EOT 100/35T crane make WMI.

• LRF electrode control panel and testing.

• Designing of PCC and MCC panel for Slab Caster (1250mm width), planning regarding execution of the project i.e. cable schedule, location of the panels, installation of the panel etc in 2005.

• All planning and execution of the project to replace Electric Arc Furnace Transformer from 25MVA to 36 MVA in 2005.

• Shot Blasting machine for Slab in 2006.

• Auto Grinder (China make) for Slab in 2006.

• Design of PCC and MCC panel for Pump’s motor in 2008.

• Execution of Electro Magnetic Sterer (ABB) project for Bloom Caster in 2009.

• Execution of Auto Grinder (Danieli) project for Slab in 2009.

• Replace the Electrode regulation panel of Electric Arc Furnace from ABB make to Siemens SIMELT AC Electrode Regulation and MDC in 2009. Prepare I/O list of existing control system, cable schedule, new design of control desk, Interlocking in PLC S7-400 system, operational programming in HMI for MDC.

• Replacement of Electrode Regulation System of SMS1 is under progress. Exposure
