To help physically challenged, we have designed and developed a gear position which will be fit to the vehicle without altering the existing gear. With this the user would be able to move vehicle in reverse direction without getting down from the vehicle or without help of others. Thus, taking a vehicle out of parking or moving the vehicle in reverse direction is simple even for a physically challenged.
