Duration : 23-August -2010 to 06 –Sep-2013.
Designation and Job Profile : Metallurgy Lab Incharge. Responsibilities included quality inspection(hardness and MPI) of Induction Hardened components. Hardness Inspection included Surface hardness by Rockwell Hardness Tester (HRc)and Case Depth by Micro-Vicker Hardness tester.
Microstructure Analysis.using Optical Microscope.
I used to look after the quality documentation of automotive standard
ISO/TS – 16949 which included the preparation of APQP, PPAP and Control Plan, Failure Mode Effective Analysis(FMEA),etc.
I was handling the lab which included ten members.
