Position : Electrical Quantity Surveyor (Metro Project, Line 4) .

Period : March 2018 to Till.

Job Responsibilities & Duties:

Goal-driven professional Electrical Quantity surveyor experience that is applicable to Electromechanical works (Metro, Residence, Offices & Com Buildings, Villas etc and Oil & Gas industry with ability to deliver personalized client service, make real-time decisions, and resolve issues in a way that propels smooth progress of the project.

Evaluation of quotations from the subcontractors/suppliers after through study keeping in view the impact on total cost of the project.

Tracking of PR’s and PO’s with procurement.

Coordinate with material submission Dept. to feed them with quantities to streamline the purchase of the item.

Valuations of variation orders from contract/revised documents.

Job Responsibilities & Duties:

Responsible for implementations and monitoring of all electrical related works at site.

Review construction drawings, contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any job.

Testing & commissioning of lighting, small power, low current system.

Conduct site inspection and ensure all electrical installation must comply with the design specifications, as per drawings and as per applicable standard.
