Managing the development and implementation of the QMS for planning, fabrication, and inspection, documentation, and site activities.
Planning duties within the QA/QC staff and related work schedules.
Establishing service standards for end users (i.e., internal department or external customer).
Perform all daily inspection and test of the scope and character necessary to achieve the quality of construction required in the drawings and specifications for all works under the contract performed ON or OFF site.
Cary out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensures activity at the site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan.
Coordinate with the consultant’s representative and Site In-charge for inspection and meeting about quality problems including the closure of Non-Compliance Report.
Preparation and implementation of all QA/QC documents including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered.
Preparation for external Audit at the site as scheduled in the Project Quality Plan, PQP.
Assesses the implementation of the Quality Plan and Quality Control Plans on the site.
Allocates Quality Control assistants to the various areas of site activity.
Evaluates the qualifications & performance of welders and Non Destructive Test-NDT technicians with regard to the activities assigned.
Supports the construction roles in the management and control of subcontractors.
Coordinates to monitor and develop the Welding Procedures (WP).
Cooperate with the Project Quality Engineer (PQE) to analyses of non-conformities and help them to achieve continues improvement.
Conduct training for foreman’s and workers on site and factory.
Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly report for QA/QC activities.
Maintain excellent relationship with client to ensure company reputation.

Prepare & review of WPS, PQR & WPQT with respect to ASME Sec IX/AWS D1.1/API 1104 as per the requirement.
Inspection of Piping works and tanks such as Raw Material, Fit up, Weld & NDT, Hydro and Pneumatic test, Blasting & Painting, Pipe coating holiday test as per PO, drawing and standards(API 1104, ASME Sec VIII, ASME B31.3 & ASME B31.4).
Preparing & Witnessing the destructive & nondestructive testing of raw materials & welds as per relevant standards.
Surveillance of Static & Dynamic Equipment's at vendor premises as per requirements. Inspection of heavy engineering fabricated beams, columns, rafters and associated structures.
Fully conversant with standards & codes such as IS, ASME Sec II, V, VIII, IX, 31.1 to 31. 4, AWS D1.1, API, BS. Ability to read Plan, Layout, GA, P&ID, and Isometric drawing.
