• Finding undiagnosed HS (Hidradenitis suppurativa) patients using EHR data Sep 2020 - current Developing a machine learning model that identifies HS patients on the basis of diagnosis, treatment and procedure data, and thereby overcoming the limitation of delayed diagnosis. Implemented an XGBoost Model with random oversampling done for class imbalance and analysed the features found important by the model. Maximised the model on F1-score for the two classes of people diagnosed with HS and not diagnosed.

• Predicting price of a used vehicle using Machine Learning model Mar 2020 Predicted price of a used vehicle by performing exploratory data analysis, pre-processing the data, hyper parameter tuning, feature engineering and model selection. Found CatBoostRegressor to be the best model amongst all with an accuracy of 80%.

• Predicting wine quality using Machine Learning model Apr 2020 Predicted wine quality from review texts and other properties of wine using bag of words, simple features and word vectors.

• Predicting Rating of a user using Deep learning Model Nov 2019 - Dec 2019 Implemented a Keras (TensorFlow) deep learning model for predicting the rating of a business by a user using his previous ratings.

• Movie Recommender System for Users Oct 2019 - Nov 2019 Implemented 2 collaborative filtering algorithms – Neighbourhood based KNN and Model based ALS using python surprise package, pandas and numpy for recommending top 10 movies to the user.
