Academic Projects

PG Project Title : Experimental investigation on crushing behavior and failure Analysis of AA-6063 aluminium tubes under axial compression. The AA 6063 aluminium tubes are categorized into two groups of specimens on the basis of L/D and T/D ratio. The same were subject to circular holes at their central parts and then to axial-compression test, using compression testing machine. Evidently, the data obtained from the experiment show the nature of crushing and the modes of failure of the above specimens. Such are the design techniques which are helpful in the field of aircrafts and automobile structures. UG Project Title : Design, analysis and development of GPS assisted dual powered Hybrid tri wheeler for physically challenged people An eco-friendly hybrid tri-wheeler is developed for physically challenged people, powered by IC engine and electric servo motor. A Global Positioning System (GPS) is additionally provided to observe the location and time duration for their destination. Also, a Solar panel is fixed to charge the minor electronics accessories in the vehicle that attains the speed between 35 and 47 km/hr.

Mini Project Title : Design and Fabrication of Portable cutter and driller using Bevel Gear and Quick return mechanism.

A combined model of portable cutter and driller is fabricated and developed for the small scale industries. It works on the principle of whit worth quick return mechanism and bevel gears, driven by a shaft and pulley connected with DC motor, using a belt drive. This consists of two hack saw blades and a drill bit for the machining of woods and pipes. Paper Published

• Presented a paper titled "Design Analysis and Development of Dual powered GPS Assisted Hybrid Tri-wheeler for Physically Challenged people" in International conference on Scientific Research and Innovations (ICSRI) 1.0 by Atalon Product Centre Private Limited and won 2

• Published a paper entitled on the title of "Review on Modified vehicle's for Differently Abled people" in the Journal of International Research Journal of Engineering and Technology (IRJET).
