Accomplishments:

Maintenance and installation of hotel Vingcard Security locks, Room Safes and Programming

Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work on facility mechanical, electrical and other installed systems.

Repairs, Maintain, operate all air conditioning and refrigeration systems with associated electrical equipment, including small appliances, kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, hand and power tools, plumbing systems and building repairs.

Check electrical systems, equipment’s, components to identify hazards, defects and needs for adjustment.

Assess malfunction systems, apparatus and components.

Attach ground leads and connect power cable to equipment.

Test, assembles, install and maintain electronic wiring, equipment’s, appliance, apparatus or fixtures

Perform preventative maintenance assignments on a scheduled basis (e.g., "room care")

Provide friendly, prompt service for hotel guests and associates in accordance with hospitality Core Values.

Complete work orders from guests and hotel associates and record in log.

Maintain grounds equipment and tools in proper working order. Perform minor maintenance and repair on equipment and tools as required.

Perform facility inspections and report on condition affecting operations; Monitor and supervise building preventive maintenance contracts.

Respond to emergencies.

Prepare and submit summary reports of conditions in buildings and recommend actions to be taken.

Repair and maintain water treatment plant, water heater boiler plant, fixtures and accessories. Monitor the running of the generators and keep logs of diesel supply, fuel the generators and log in the generator run hours and PHCN available hours correctly while on duty.

Review and understand equipment and methods of operation, fire/life safety, and other systems.

Comply with all safety procedures and requirements.

Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, including reporting accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to management; and any all other work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position.

Support any after-hours building needs and activities as required.

Direct or train workers to install, maintain or repair electrical wiring, equipment or fixtures.
