Quantum Scheduling & Invoicing Scheduling

Reviewing periodical progress report from site & preparing a detail status.

Review and analyze scheduling and planning documents (procedures, reports, etc) report & submission to management

Monitor progress and Project activities, Verification of Milestones Identify potential delays, analyze and issue proposed corrective actions as required.
