Some of the responsibilities of my position include:

# Work with new franchise accounts to build required features, meet deadlines, and import data in order to launch software pilot successfully.

# Maintaining our lead information using Salesforce, Excel, and Google Drive to include cost per lead, calls per hour, requests per hour, payroll and invoicing, etc

# Beta testing and quality assurance lead for the company website, iOS apps, and Android apps. This role requires proficiency in manual testing, the use of Pivotal Tracker, and knowledge of the development life cycle, basic coding and networking, and the ability to work on an agile project team efficiently. Communication skills are also imperative in this role.

# Developed the on-boarding process and team from the ground up to on-board new merchants that sign up with the company. This includes ensuring that they complete all of the necessary steps to start a subscription, setting up their accounts for them, and three separate calls that range from 60-90 minutes to teach them how to use the software. It also includes emails to answer any questions that they have between calls. I manage a team of 4 on-boarding reps as of now.

# Triage and mediate between customer success, finance, sales, product, development, and operations. My positions within the company cause me to work with each of these teams. As the QA lead, I have expert product knowledge that is used to help onboarding and customer service with account setup and troubleshooting. I am also able to help sales overcome objections by suggesting workarounds within the software’s limitations. I frequently meet with the Marketing Team to suggest possible use cases for marketing campaigns, point out overlooked features that are popular among merchants, and suggest recently onboarded merchants to follow up with for quotes.
