Design and Development of Suspension Based Truck Weighing System to Detect Overload.

Using ultrasonic sensor and Arduino nano we develop a device which can measure load in truck and display it on dashboard. It helpful for avoid overloading and controlling the rollover. Design and Manufacturing of an ATV

I was the suspension head of Galactus racing (BAJA Team). In team we design and manufacture our ATV for SAE BAJA competition. I was the head of CAE department in our team. We design every component of sATV and manufacture it from nearby industry. Aid for Visually Handicap Persons.

We design stick for blind persons, which can detect obstacle and holes in path and help them to become independent. To detects step and holes in road, we used Ultrasonic Sensors and Arduino.

Design and Development of Hydro-Pneumatic circlip pressing tool with poka-yoke In TATA Motors, for Transaxle shop I had designed and developed a tool which is working on hydro-pneumatic circuit. Looking to industry requirement I had used poka-yoke in that tool which helps to avoid missing of circlip and reduce the tact time of TA assembly. POSITIONS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
