Delineate Group previously Executive Solutions is a consulting firm that offer services to clients to build and grow their company on a strategic level not just through HR, Talent Acquisition & Retention but also through understanding business, competitive edge and operations simultaneously it focuses its passion on building long-term relationships with relevant businesses & individuals and ensuring they achieve their expected goals growth through making the correct decisions.

Delineate Group renders business solutions across the board, including but not limited to executive search, consulting on corporate restructuring, HR consulting, business coaching, talent development and retention to mention a few.

SA Training Services was an accredited supplier of Health & Safety training to the Corporate Sector. Due to the history of the business a requirement arose for assistance within the business to turn around the overall sales strategy. At this point Magda was approached to assist on a consulting basis as SATS had lost most of their major clients; after successfully acquiring both new clients as well as revitalizing the lost & existing client base, Magda was asked to take on the role of General Manager within 3 months of starting as the business required both a complete restructure as well as growth. The restructure was not limited to only operational, sales & financial restructure but part of this was to ensure Accreditation with the relevant Bodies i.e. Merseta; Teta etc. as well as ensuring training material was up to standard and all legislation was in place to become a recognized accredited provider. In 2016 SATS and another training provider joined forces to form The Skills Authority and this allowed for the business to offer a complete training solution to Industry as products were no longer limited to Health & Safety training.

Overall Experience has not been limited to recruitment & executive search but has always included consulting in sales, marketing & operations.
