Delta Robot Design and Control Interface, Navi Mumbai May 2018- May2019(104days) Role: Mechanical Design, Assembly, Material Provider, Budget. Team Size: 4

Built a three-armed automated parallel robot controlled by sensors and actuators, which can work in hazardous environment where humans cannot work manually.

Designed basic parts such as end effecter and arm of the robot(CAD model) using Fusion 360 software and developed those using SLA 3D printer.

Cost optimization and Assembly was handled with minimal expense and performed the simulation of the same with high output.

Door alarm System using SCR, Mini Project, Navi Mumbai March 2018(45 days) Role: PCB Mounting and Welding, Arduino programming, Budget. Team Size: 4

Designed and developed an electronic device that can be used an security device, where it is installed to a door, and if someone touches the door, it sounds an alarm.

Welding and Mounting of parts such as resistors, semi-conductors, transistors and buzzers on PCB Board with less cost and elevated output.

Door lock system using Microcontroller, Mini Project, Navi Mumbai March 2017(30 days) Role: Microcontroller Programming and Assembly. Team Size: 2

We developed an electronic code lock system using 8051 microcontroller (a Password based Door Lock System using 8051 Microcontroller), which provides control to actuating the load. It is a simple embedded system with input from the keyboard and the output being actuated accordingly. AWARDS & PARTICIPATION
