As an AEC Designer, collaborating with other professionals & expanding on knowledge, solving new challenges is refreshing. Representing at STEM, showcasing the BPA (Building Performance Analysis) & BIM solutions. This aid in Level of Development LOD-100 to LOD-500 before ground as broken. Showing how this improved the outcome in Multi-disciplinary Coordination which saves time & money using BIM Level 1 & 2 Proficiency, in addition minimizing human errors.
