COVID 19 numbers are on the rise in both the state and the city. Remember you can help stop the spread. Help to stop the spread by remaining home (exception: essential activities like groceries, work), washing hands and wearing your mask properly. Please follow up with the school nurse at 414-***-**** if you have any questions about your child’s immunization records. Please consider taking your child to their primary care doctor or the health department to get children up to date on immunizations. Flu shots are also recommended.
