COVID 19 numbers are on the rise in both the state and the city. Remember you can help stop the spread. Help to stop the spread by remaining home (exception: essential activities like groceries, work), washing hands and wearing your mask properly. -Cough
-Shortness of breath
-Fever
-Chills
-Sore Throat
-Muscle Pain
-Headache
-New loss of taste or smell
-Emergency Symptoms
-Trouble breathing
-Pain in the chest
-New confusion
-Unable to awake
-Bluish skin, lips, tongue
-If you test positive
-Isolation is 10 days from
the date of symptoms or
positive test result (if
asymptomatic)
-If you are a close contact
-Quarantine for 14 days
from date of last exposure
-If you are a household
contact of a positive person
-14 day quarantine starts
after 10 day isolation period
of positive case

What immunizations are required for my child to be in school?
-Tdap -Varicella -Polio
-DTaP -MMR -Hep B
Please follow up with the school nurse at 414-***-**** if you have any questions about your child’s immunization records. Please consider taking your child to their primary care doctor or the health department to get children up to date on immunizations. Flu shots are also recommended.
