• Generating Tool using text mining and machine learning techniques will extract important information from data.

• This data science project is about extraction of the most crucial information from Data (PDF files). I used various NLP and text analysis techniques to process the over 3,000 requirement document in order to extract and segment key features such as hard, soft and common requirements. A scoring mechanism to compare one tender document to another using Python coding in Jupyter Notebook.
