Responsible for design and Part design of BIW {Panel comp, roof rail, member comp & tunnel comp} and 3D-Model created in NX along with master assembly made by Bottom-UP method. Thickness is mapped on all parts that will be formed during stamping process where thin in non-critical areas. Non-strength parts identified from energy flow diagram and mass reduced with mapped thickness. Cross members introduced at under body to absorb impact derived from crash analysis data. Rear compartment was designed with ribbed structures with mere strength to absorb crash and transfer load.
Cabin harness schematic and 3D-model prepared, clamping and support are defined along with ground points. BOM generated helps to identify source of connectors and special components.

Light weight piston with less mass designed for high speed engine with advanced thermal coating over the piston skirt and crown to avoid thermal transfer, a complete parametric model created to modify parameters in different phase. Piston crown mapped to cylinder head for performance, piston pin is reconfigured with improved structure to handle stress with less mass. Piston body assisted with dome structure and ribs along the core to handle stress and surface chemical coated to drain lubrication thereby impact load managed.
Connecting rod designed to withstand tensile and compressive stress, with lubrication channel defined. Upon stress analysis data with different material model redesigned with less mass and improved structure.
