• Responsible for the metallurgy and quality of more than 50,000 metric tons of ERW (electric welded), SRM (stretch reduced), and CD (cold drawn tubulars) tubulars produced annually.
•Responsible for Initiating failure investigations (root cause analysis, brainstorming, fish bone diagram, etc.) evaluation and metallurgical recommendation.
• Asses process capability, prioritize process improvement opportunities and implement them; develop and transfer all technical knowledge at the new partner Wheatland Tube location in Kentucky.
• Reasonable/lead for development of a new cold drawn product (stabilizer bar, two sizes developed for GM), which increased the company revenue by 32% per year.

Production Manager for tube, pipe steel plant
Managed the production floor in the pipe mill plant with four supervisors (crew of 40 people): received orders, schedule the working stations, for meeting the deliveries, assist in mill schedules, etc.
Main products were steel and stainless steel conduit, tubes, conveyor tubes, air heater and water pipes. Secondary products were cold formed sections, flat and elliptical tubes and customized profiles tubes.
Managed and coordinated activities in production in accordance with the written procedures/work instructions; provided instructions to hourly and salaried employees, managed labor and employee relations consistently with collective agreements and company policy.
